Chicken breasts are a great source of lean protein. But are you getting bored of your breasts? Try marinating them in a Greek yogurt based marinade. It makes them tender and juicy and you can choose your own flavor adventure. Just throw in some lemon juice, salt, pepper and any other spice you want (try curry, or garam masala and ginger, or garlic and rosemary, or whatever other spice combination strikes your fancy).
