Lean legs towel workout

Lean legs towel workout. Do 12 reps of each move, capsule staying on the same leg. Then switch to the other leg. Complete 3 or 4 sets. Remember to contract your muscles as you come up and go slow. If you have a carpeted floor you can use paper or plastic plates. Have fun!
