Bringing Sexy Back

Sculpt a beautiful strong back and shoulders with my new “Bringing Sexy Back” strength workout. Get that v-taper that makes your back look sexy and your waist look small! Look awesome and feel confident in a strapless or low-back dress. Have fun!

50 seconds each exercise. Go directly from one exercise to the next. Repeat circuit 1-3x. If you want to add cardio, order do 50 seconds jumping jacks, high-knees, or skipping in between each weighted exercise.

1) Bent-over rear flys
2) Decline push-ups
3) Lateral raise to front raise & reverse (go really slow for the burn, so use lighter weight)
4) Bent-over single arm row (L)
5) Bent-over single arm row (R)
6) Renegade row
7) Shoulder press
8) Side-plank external shoulder rotations (L) (go really slow for the burn, so use lighter weight)
9) Side-plank external shoulder rotations (R)
