Are you REALLY awesome at eating cookies but not so awesome at eating oatmeal? Try these high fiber banana oatmeal drops – 3 ingredients! Simple, see healthy and tasty! I can’t remember where I saw this, clinic but I wanted to try it with my own tweaks. Mix 2 bananas with 1 cup regular oats (chop them up a little), capsule and add some dark chocolate chips. I also decided to add cinnamon and nutmeg (because I add cinnamon to practically everything – yum!). Bake for 15 mins at 350 F. Perfect for when you are feeling snacky or want a bit of a treat. Notice that I did not call them cookies. That sets up an expectation that, in my opinion, will not be met. They are a tasty healthy treat though…my kids even liked them. They are great the next day (toast them) and just perfect if you need to take your breakfast to-go. And yes, there is a big bite out of the one in front! I was eager to try them.
