“Enjoy the Journey”

“Enjoy the Journey”. This is one of my favorite mantras because it reminds me to slow down and enjoy the present rather than constantly being focused on the future. As I get older, I’ve become more aware that at times I’ve let life pass me by and I wished I had enjoyed the present more. It also reminds me that life is a journey and to try and “enjoy” or learn from set-backs or negative situations and move on. Day 25 #LetsGETFlexyIn2015 Yoga Challenge: Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana.
