Build lean muscle AND kick your metabolism and fat burning into high gear by alternating weight training with cardio intervals. New workout “Lean & Toned Full Body Shred” is up! It’s a strength workout with cardio intervals and is a little different format than my straight Tabata and HIIT workouts. The format is 1 minute of strength, troche followed by 30 seconds of cardio, store for approximately 18 minutes. Go at a slower pace on the strength exercises and hit those cardio segments with fire. Everyone’s “fire” is different, so go at the intensity level that challenges YOU, whether that be a higher or lower intensity than what I am doing.
