1) 30 sec: Renegade row push-ups
2) 30 sec: Forward-and-back lunge (L) with bicep curl
3) 30 sec: Forward-and-back lunge (R) with hammer curl
4) 30 sec: Push-up toe-touches (L&R)
5) 30 sec: Single-leg chair tricep dips (L)
6) 30 sec: Single-leg chair tricep dips (R)
7) 30 sec: Weighted bridge lifts
8) 30 sec: Lateral lunge w/ overhead press (L&R)
9) 30 sec: Decline plank, knee in-cross-out (L&R)
10) 30 sec: Pirate pulls (L&R)
11) 30 sec: Russian Twists
