Ab Rollouts are a very effective (and badass looking) ab exercise. The movement creates really strong and defined abs. Don’t have an ab roller? A skateboard works nicely! Don’t have a skateboard? Use towels under your palms (for smooth flooring) or plastic/paper plates under your palms (for carpeted flooring).
How to: (Note: video is sped up – go slowly with these and feel the burn). *Kneel on a mat and grasp the sides of the skateboard. Flex your glutes and abs. Keeping your back straight, lean forward and roll the skateboard forward until your arms are overhead and your torso is nearly parallel to the floor. Roll the skateboard back toward your knees to return to the starting position. Have fun!
