If you have a body, you have a gym.
So, get to that great outdoor gym of yours for a walk, hike, run, or bike. Or, do a workout in the park or your home. Your body truly is the only equipment you need for a killer workout. Most of my workouts are equipment optional and several are strictly no equipment, no excuse bodyweight workouts. Try Bodyweight Tabata Blast or Bodyweight Fat Burner for a great no equipment, super effective, full body workout.
