Full Body Shred HIIT Workout

The workout for the day is a total calorie burner. At only 14 minutes it’s short and intense, but WAY more effective than longer moderate workouts. That’s why I love HIIT and Tabata! They burn fat while still letting you retain, and even build lean muscle, so your body is lean, toned and strong. And you don’t have to spend hours doing it!
