(20 seconds high intensity/10 sec rest) & 3 Strength intervals (1 mins each) (2 rounds)
Optional Equipment: Set of Dumb Bells, 2 Towels/Paper or Plastic Plates
1) TABATA: Squat kicks ALTERNATE Plank Kick Throughs
STRENGTH 1: Forward lunge to side-lunge (L)
STRENGTH 2: Forward lunge to side-lunge (R)
STRENGTH 3: Pause goblet squat
2) TABATA: Plank in & outs ALTERNATE Stand-up sit-ups
STRENGTH 1: Weighted Bulgarian split squat (L)
STRENGTH 2: Weighted Bulgarian split squat (R)
STRENGTH 3: Single leg bridge lift (L 30 seconds, R 30 seconds)
