If you are short on time and need a quick workout that will burn fat and tone your muscles, hospital try this short and sweet workout. One round is only 10 minutes, hits all your muscles and will get your cardio in. Even though there are no breaks in this one, it is a great beginner workout, just take rests as you need them. For you advanced athletes, go heavy and push out max reps and intensity. All workouts are what you make them!
