I’m very excited to release the first workout in my new Lean Body Series. This series will focus on fat burning and muscle toning. All the workouts in the series are high-intensity interval training workouts. All fitness levels can do this series – you can go at your own pace within the timed interval, as long as you are working at YOUR max effort. This series is designed to encourage fat burning and full body toning. It is meant to challenge your body and help you break through any plateaus. I hope you like it!
