FIT TIP: Boost Nutrition & Lean Out Spaghetti

FIT TIP: Reduce the empty calories and simple carbs in your spaghetti by using broccoli slaw in place of pasta noodles. It’s so tasty and easy to prepare. You get added fiber and nutrients and the same great taste and texture. I used the Organic Broccoli Slaw from Trader Joe’s. Threw it in the microwave for about 1 minute on high. I love my turkey spaghetti over spiralized zucchini too. Yum!
