Total Body Ripped Power: Body Sculpt Strength Series Workout

A new Body Sculpt Strength Series workout is up! Total Body Ripped Power will have your muscles quivering. Do it in conjunction with one or two of the Lean Body Series workouts and get your sweat on too! The workouts in the Body Sculpt Strength series are designed to tighten, sculpt, and tone your ENTIRE body with lean muscle. Not only does strength training help you achieve a nice toned aesthetic but it also increases energy, improves mood, and boosts your metabolism, allowing you to burn more calories at rest!
