I get a lot of questions about how I stay fit and motivated, so I’m starting a new non-workout series, “J’s Fit Hits“, where I share a few of my favorite fitness hits & tips each week with you. These will be things that I personally use (or do) that I find really help me stay on course to being fit and healthy. Each week, I will end each segment with a little challenge – a single lifestyle change that we will focus on for the week and aim to incorporate into our lifestyle on a permanent basis. By slowly building up a set of healthy habits, we enable ourselves to stay in shape without feeling overwhelmed by the effort. Those habits build up and before you know it, you’ve got fitness as a lifestyle!
