Work Out the Muscles Soreness

Need a massage? The simple tennis ball is very effective for relieving post-workout soreness, loosening up tight muscles and working out kinks. It’s helped me many times. And it’s cheap!

You could even use a lemon! Then you’re doing double duty by getting it all soft so it releases it’s juices easier when you’re ready to cut it! Squeeze it into a tall glass of water after working your deep tissue and you’re set! That’s what I call efficiency!
