Our bodies are around 60% water, give or take, so staying hydrated is vitally important. Water maximizes physical performance, reduces fatigue, improves the immune system, and helps with weight loss by satiating our hunger and increasing our metabolism.

How are you all doing on the water challenge? Don’t worry if you didn’t quite meet your daily goal of 0.5-1 oz of water per pound of bodyweight this week. Lifestyle changes don’t happen overnight and these Fitness As A Lifestyle challenges are meant to be something to continually work on until they become part of our natural lifestyle.
