J’s Fit Hit’s: Tips for Getting & Staying Fit (Week 3)

Okay, this week’s J’s Fit Hit’s is now up, along with a new Fitness As A Lifestyle Challenge. Getting (and staying) fit takes dedication, motivation, and support. I get a lot of questions about how I stay fit and motivated, so I started “J’s Fit Hits” to share a few of my favorite resources, products, and tips with you each week. These are things that I personally do (or use) that I find really help me stay on track with my fitness goals. Each week, I will give us a little challenge – a single lifestyle change that we will focus on for the week and aim to incorporate into our lifestyle on a permanent basis. By slowly building up a set of healthy habits, we enable ourselves to stay in shape without feeling overwhelmed by the effort. Those habits build up and before you know it, you’ve got fitness as a lifestyle!
