Thigh and Butt Buster HIIT is the 15th workout in the Lean Body Series and it’s a killer leg and butt workout for smoking hot legs and a tight lifted booty. This workout is mostly bodyweight and can be done entirely without weights for a killer burn. There is a kickboxing interval in this workout, which boosts extra fat burning and full body toning! We're also doing 40/30 with no rest period, but take a break as you need it and then jump back in. All levels can do this, just go at your own max pace and get as many reps in as you can in the allotted interval.

When it comes to getting and staying fit, there is no way around the fact that it takes work, dedication, motivation, and support. FitForceFX is a place you can come to find support, motivation and useful resources. We all support and encourage each other’s journey here! MOVE OF THE WEEK: Tabata bing, Tabata boom basketball jumps!!! HIIT Basketball jumps really get your heart rate soaring! It is a super efficient calorie burning total body move. This move never fails to get my heart rate up super high! The video is sped up so it doesn't look like the jumps are high, but they are - jump as high as you can while still keeping a fast pace, during the interval.

Technique:

1) From a standing position, holding a weight or weighted ball, squat partway down and take a WIDE lateral step with your right foot keeping your body low. 
2) Immediately follow with your left foot, bringing it to your right and then explosively jump vertically, extending your ams as if you are going to shoot a basket.

3) Repeat alternating directions for a 4 minute Tabata (20 seconds on 10 seconds off). Have fun!

MOVE OF THE WEEK: Tabata bing, Tabata boom basketball jumps!!! HIIT Basketball jumps really get your heart rate soaring! It is a super efficient calorie burning total body move. This move never fails to get my heart rate up super high! The video is sped up so it doesn’t look like the jumps are high, but they are – jump as high as you can while still keeping a fast pace, during the interval.

Technique:
