21 Day Workout Challenge

Who’s ready for a fun challenge? The first workout in my new HIIT & Strength Series was posted yesterday and I’ve decided to make this a 3 week challenge. Workouts for this series will be posted Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Do the workouts whatever days of the week work best for you, but do all three of them per week.This series is designed to shred fat, define muscle, and improve your endurance and stamina. It will help push your fitness to a new level! I’m partway through filming the series and it’s already made my shoe explode. They were new shoes! So, there’s proof the workouts in this series are killer! 😉 We’re going to have lots of fun with this! This challenge will take us to the last day in November…so actually it’s a 3 week + 1 day challenge! ‘Cause we’re crazy like that.
