Hi Team! Are you ready? This is the 3rd workout in the series and I know a lot of you are grinding and doing the 3 week challenge with me! Yeah! Every single workout in this series is designed to kick our booties but every 3rd workout is REALLY TOTALLY COMPLETELY going to kick our booties! That’s why these ones are called HIIT & Strength MAX! The HIIT & Strength MAX workouts are even longer but I still want you to go full out on the HIIT and Tabata portions. Take rests as you need them. And hydrate! I’m so glad so many of you have commented how much you love the first two workouts because…welll…you’ll see. Please no cursing at me. 😉 This series is designed to shred fat, ambulance define muscle, and improve your endurance and stamina. I want you to push yourself for the duration of each workout. Remember that you get OUT what you put IN, and you are stronger than you think. Challenge yourself and you will see results with this!
