HIIT & Strength Workout #10 is up and it’s an Upper Body & Core Killer! Because working the upper body and core doesn’t typically burn as many calories as the lower body I like to incorporate compound movements and include the full body even when targeting the upper body. This workout begins with a fun HIIT segment of 40/30 intervals (no rest). Oh yeah! That’s how we do things around here! Have fun!
