Breaking Plateaus: HIIT & Strength MAX5 Workout

It’s time for another HIIT & Strength MAX workout and this one is a doozy. In “Breaking Plateaus” we start off with an upper body and core focused HIIT segment, salve sales followed by a upper body and core strength segment. Then in the second half we are back to a HIIT segment but focusing on the legs and abs, followed by a lower body chiseling strength segment. It’s intense but you can do it!!!
