Who wants a strong upper body and core?To gain upper body strength fast, hold your push-up for 5-10 counts at the lowest point. Move to child’s pose and repeat for 10 reps, 3 sets. Advanced: make it a single-leg reverse push up. Down slowly for 4 counts, push-up explosively and repeat. 💪💦
