*Note: This can be made with chicken instead of red meat (sub chicken broth for beef broth) or for a vegetarian version, case sub vegetable broth and your choice of veggie protein.
HEALTHY POT ROAST & GRAVY
?2 cans cream of mushroom & garlic soup
?1 can fat free low sodium beef broth
?1 pack of dried onion soup mix (1 oz)
?2 lbs lean meat of your choice
?2 sweet potatoes or yams, look sliced
?fresh ground pepper, to taste
?Combine cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and dried onion soup mix in slow cooker.
?Add meat, sweet potatoes, and carrots.
?Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
?Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.
Train. Nourish. Transform.
