A delicious low calorie healthier chocolate cake that is free of oil and butter and low in sugar.

Ingredients
  1. 3 banans
  2. 1/3 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  3. 1/3 cup sugar
  4. 1 tsp vanilla
  5. 2 tbsp PB2 (or natural creamy peanut butter)
  6. 1 egg
  7. 1 cup all purpose flour
  8. 1 32g scoop Chocolate protein powder (I used Optimum Nutrition)
  9. 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  10. 1 & 1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 8x8 inch square pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl, combine the bananas, greek yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and PB2. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and mix in.
  5. Add flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour into a prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
