A new J’s Fit Hits episode will be coming out next week. My apologies, but due to lots of family obligations, other projects, and illness last week I wasn’t able to create one for this week. So, in the interim continue with the Fitness As A Lifestyle Challenges that we’ve got going so far…(1) Drink .5-1oz of water per pound of bodyweight per day (2) Get 7-9 hours of sleep per night (3) Eat MORE! Veggies that is. Go whole hog. Really focus on filling your plate with them morning, noon, and night and snacks in between! Just this one change will really help you towards your health and weight loss goals. This week I’ll be posting an awesome and delicious veggie comfort food hack that is full of fiber and protein to really make you full and satisfy your hunger. A new J’s Fit Hits episode will be coming out next week. My apologies, but due to lots of family obligations, other projects, and illness last week I wasn’t able to create one for this week.
