HEALTHY POT ROAST & GRAVY
Ingredients: 🔹2 cans cream of mushroom & garlic soup
🔹1 can fat free low sodium beef broth
🔹1 pack of dried onion soup mix (1 oz)
🔹2 lbs lean meat of your choice
🔹2 sweet potatoes or yams, sliced
🔹baby carrots
🔹fresh ground pepper, to taste
Directions: 🔹Combine cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and dried onion soup mix in slow cooker.
🔹Stir.
🔹Add meat, sweet potatoes, and carrots.
🔹Sprinkle with fresh ground pepper.
🔹Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.
🔹Enjoy!
