I had a craving for Thai food, so I pulled one of my favorite comfort food hacks out of the archives. Healthy Thai Cashew Chicken. Mmmmmm, so good! This dish has very little fat and drastically reduced sugar and sodium. Yet it is still full of fabulous flavor! Nothing but healthy, simple ingredients and it is quick and easy to make. Our bodies are around 60% water, give or take, so staying hydrated is vitally important. Water maximizes physical performance, reduces fatigue, improves the immune system, and helps with weight loss by satiating our hunger and increasing our metabolism.

How are you all doing on the water challenge? Don’t worry if you didn’t quite meet your daily goal of 0.5-1 oz of water per pound of bodyweight this week.
