Easy healthy lentil stew. High in protein and fiber, low in fat! My lentil and bean-hating husband loves this and the kids will eat it too! Quick and easy - ready in 15 mins on the stove or you can do it in the crockpot so it's ready when you want it. Ingredients: 1 tetra pack TJ's low sodium chicken broth, 1/2 package frozen TJ's Chimmichuri rice & veggie mix, 1/2 jar TJ's eggplant spread, 1 or 2 cans canned chicken breast, 1/2 pack TJ's cooked lentils.
