Do 2 rounds of this workout for a 600 rep challenge, or 3 rounds for a 900 rep challenge!

1) Bulgarian split squat (x12 each leg)
2) Step-ups to backwards lunge (x 12 each leg)
3) One-legged bridge hold (30 seconds each leg)
4) Single leg bridge dips (x12 each leg)
5) Standing glute raise (x20 each leg)

Do one set of each exercise per leg and repeat the cycle 3 times. Approximately 15 mins of butt blasting awesomeness. :-)
