Vrschikasana – Scorpion Handstand w wall assist for #letsgetflexyin2015 yoga challenge. First time attempting scorpion handstand so this is going to be a work in progress. One of the things I like about yoga is that it keeps one humble. This one is way harder for me than a regular handstand because of my dislocating shoulders. The fact that the legs are off balance puts my shoulders in a position they don’t like!
