Hi everyone! I've got a new Lean Body Series workout for you today! This workout is full body with a lot of core work. The interval is a 40/40 with a fun kickboxing interval…so there are no breaks! As the title says it’s an insane fat burner and muscle sculpt! You can do 1-3 rounds of this workout or if you want a 1 hour fun workout, I recommend combing with Lean Body Series #18 and Body Sculpt Strength #1. The Lean Body Series workouts are intense and if you are working at your MAX intensity, you will burn more in 1 round of this than you will in a longer less intense workout.

Insane Fat Burner Muscle Sculpt: Lean Body Series #19

Hi everyone! I’ve got a new Lean Body Series workout for you today! This workout is full body with a lot of core work. The interval is a 40/40 with a fun kickboxing interval…so there are no breaks! As the title says it’s an insane fat burner and muscle sculpt! The #12DaysOfFITmas Workout Challenge!

Who’s up for a fun little 12 day workout challenge? The #12DaysOfFITmas workout challenge! Each day I will give you a new move, and just like the song, we’ll perform each exercise in descending order then work back up the list. So, every day we will do the move for that day, followed by all the moves from the previous days. For example, on the first day of FITmas my trainer gave to me a “1 minute plank angel” (so all you do on the first day is a 1 minute plank angel). On the second day of FITmas my trainer gave to me “2 Super Secret Somethings!”, and a “1 minute plank angel”. I’ve scrambled the words for the moves day 2-12 and they will only be revealed on the day we will do it!

Each day I will reveal the new moves in posts to my Instagram and Facebook. Yes, the first few days will be easy peasy in that it won’t be very many moves, so just add this on to your regular workout or active rest day. HOWEVER, I just filmed the full workout and let me tell you it was SUPER TOUGH! It was 12 minutes of plank angels alone, plus all the other moves and I think it ended up being close to an hour. When we get to the 12th day of FITmas, I will post the full workout to YouTube and you can do it with me in real time. Killer Body Shred Tabata is the 18th workout in the Lean Body Series and it’s another doozy! This is full-on intense with 3/4 of the workout being different Burpee variations! Don’t worry, you can do it – one round is only 16 minutes! I was still a bit sick during this one and I did it, and so can you! All levels can do this, just go at your own max pace and get as many reps in as you can in the allotted interval. Notice I say “your own MAX pace”. Tabata is scientifically proven to be a massive calorie burn and excellent cardiovascular conditioning in a short amount of time, and you will see results if you are consistent with it. However, Tabata is not truly Tabata unless you are going FULL out for those 20 seconds and giving yourself a full rest during those 10 seconds. So be sure to challenge yourself (while being smart and listening to your body). The workouts in the Lean Body Series are for EVERYbody – men and women of all ages and fitness levels. No matter who you are, this series will get you shredded and breaking through plateaus!
