Want a tight lifted booty they will write songs about?  Here are 5 awesome bodyweight glute-targeting moves that you can do anywhere!  At home, in hotel room, at the park, or in your office!

1) Bulgarian split squat (x12 each leg)
2) Step-ups to backwards lunge (x 12 each leg)
3) One-legged bridge hold (30 seconds each leg)
4) Single leg bridge dips (x12 each leg)
5) Standing glute raise (x20 each leg)

Do one set of each exercise per leg and repeat the cycle 3 times. Approximately 15 mins of butt blasting awesomeness. :-)
