We should surround ourselves with people who uplift and support us. And we should make a conscious effort to uplift and support others.

It’s hard to be happy when there is someone being mean to you all the time! So speak kindly to yourself and take care of yourself. “When I let go of who I am, I become what I might be.” Lao Tzu Interestingly, there is great effort in letting go. “Letting go” is normally thought of as passive, but in reality it is something that needs to be actively sought. Let go and follow your dreams!

Vrschikasana - Scorpion Handstand w wall assist for #letsgetflexyin2015 yoga challenge. First time attempting scorpion handstand so this is going to be a work in progress. One of the things I like about yoga is that it keeps one humble.  This one is way harder for me than a regular handstand because of my dislocating shoulders. The fact that the legs are off balance puts my shoulders in a position they don't like!
