My favorite breakfast. A cup of steaming green tea in my favorite mug, egg whites, blackberries and  @daves_killer_bread with natural peanut butter and a sprinkle of chia seeds. If you haven't tried Dave's killer bread you haven't lived! I don't feel guilty eating this bread! It's packed with protein, fiber, and whole grains with no artificial anything. They claim it will rock my world. And it does! I enjoy 1 slice a day in the morning. My fav mug reminds me to embrace the moment, whatever that moment may be. The only person you need to be better than is the person you were yesterday.  Competing against others can be motivating for sure, but a more effective (and happiness boosting) desire is to be better than yourself.  Using the accomplishments of others can be great inspiration and motivation, but keep the focus on the real competition - YOU. Be the best version of yourself, not of someone else. Set goals to “compete” against yourself - push yourself to eat better, or get those ripped shoulders and defined legs you’ve always wanted.  Drive YOURSELF towards your greatness, don’t create unnecessary competition against others.  Strip away any self-imposed limitations and reach for what you want. Do it for yourself. You deserve it. You can do it!
