Hi everyone! Are you doing the three week HIIT & Strength challenge with me?! Workouts will be released Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but you can do them whatever days work best for you as long as you do all three of them each week. Workout #2 is up and it's a total body sculpt! J’s Fit Hit’s: Tips for Getting & Staying Fit (Week 3)

Running “tires” HIIT exercise using a pool floaty! No excuses – get creative and use what you have on hand! 😉 Okay, this week’s J’s Fit Hit’s is now up, along with a new Fitness As A Lifestyle Challenge. Getting (and staying) fit takes dedication, motivation, and support. I get a lot of questions about how I stay fit and motivated, so I started “J’s Fit Hits” to share a few of my favorite resources, products, and tips with you each week. These are things that I personally do (or use) that I find really help me stay on track with my fitness goals. Each week, I will give us a little challenge – a single lifestyle change that we will focus on for the week and aim to incorporate into our lifestyle on a permanent basis. By slowly building up a set of healthy habits, we enable ourselves to stay in shape without feeling overwhelmed by the effort. Those habits build up and before you know it, you’ve got fitness as a lifestyle!

All the workouts in the series are high-intensity interval training workouts and there will be a variety of interval formats. All fitness levels can do these - you can go at your own pace within the timed interval, as long as you are working at YOUR max effort. This series is designed to encourage fat burning and full body toning. It is meant to challenge your body and help you break through any plateaus. I hope you like it!

The second workout in the new Lean Body Series is now up on the FitForceFX YouTube channel. If you have just joined us, the Lean Body Series workouts focus on fat burning and muscle toning.
