Hi everyone! Are you doing the three week HIIT & Strength challenge with me?! Workouts will be released Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but you can do them whatever days work best for you as long as you do all three of them each week. Workout #2 is up and it’s a total body sculpt! I’ll be switching up formats for each workout but they will all have three things in common: (1) they will have both a HIIT/Tabata segment and a strength segment, (2) they will be 30-60 mins long, and (3) they will kick your ass (I hope)! I want you to really push yourself on these workouts. Challenge yourself to give it your all!
